This building shows a compact volume that  host insidean elaborate space on which the various rooms are well interconnected. The house has two levels on the ground floor, passing by a side entrance you can get to the living room that is separated from the kitchen and the dining area through a fireplace; Attached to the dining area there is a study room and a bathroom. From the living room through a tiled steps staircase you reach the sleeping area consisting of a master bedroom with bathroom, two single rooms and one bathroom. From the master bedroom you can access to the large cantilever terrace that shades the wide light opening over the living room.
The garage is located behind and is separated from the house. Outside the volume is defined by alternating plastered surfaces and surfaces covered with natural stone.
