The one-family villa is distinguished by the geometric shapes and pure lines, obtained with the use of sophisticated architectural solutions and with the choice of materials.
The building appears like a cube as if it was a block of rough travertine on which the house was carved. Hazelnut travertine sheets completely cover the facade, even the entrance door, and where there are openings it function as a shading element.
The perfection of the cube is interrupted by an extension of the home that defines a “L”. It is located on the back and it host the services. Inside the space created by the “L” shape there is a solarium with garden and swimming pool overlooking the surrounding countryside.
Featuring an eclectic style in which contemporary elements mix with retro ones, the house is spread on two floors: on the ground floor is located the living area, featuring a Venetian sowed pavement; the first floor instead host the sleeping area with wood and leather flooring.
A staircase, shaped and laid out with the same finishing as the floor on the ground floor, leads to the gallery, where the sleeping area overlooks the living room. A full height opening enhances the shape of the staircase and illuminates the interior while the outer shading system creates games of light and shadow.
