The north side of the complex, at Valdichiana Outlet Village, was lacking of sanitation, so there was the need to find a new area functional to this purpose. This additional feature was obtained by the tamponade of a peripheral porch portion, whose specular part was already closed, and bypassing the plants in a ventilated cavity under the attic.
There were created two bath group divided by gender, each composed of 4 toilets, plus one for disabled guests, besides the washbasin area.
Plint dividers in the interior were made of double gypsum plasterboard. The same technology was used in false ceilings, so we were able to install the lighting, both diffused (with satin spotlights) and grazing on mirrors (with strip led inside gorges), in addition to the air extraction-spare grilles and the air conditioning.
The floors were made of metallic gray 30 x 60 cm rectangular grès slabs, arranged in line. The coverings (in the washbasin and toilet areas) were made with the same material, using blackboard tones for men and corten for the women. White ceramic washbasins have been installed on protruding oak wood counter tops. Washable paint has been used on all surfaces, including wall-to-wall doors (invisible technology).
