The façade restyling project originates from the need to shade the windows on the company building; Hence the idea of studying a new façade, a new skin for the building that integrates the shading system and at the same time improving the aesthetic quality, as a distinctive feature respect to the other nearby industrial buildings. Inspired by the pattern of embroidery, that distinguish the company production, the new facade was designed to be hooked to the existing one, characterized by perforated corten panels that replicates the design of an embroidery. The retro-illuminated façade transforms the building into a lantern, particularly attracting at night.
