The restoration at the info point in Valdichiana Outlet Village was intended to change the distribution of internal spaces while at the same time transmitting a newer and more communicative image to the entire shopping center.
In front of the entrance there is a new double-desk reception on a lowered floor to ease the usability of physically challenged visitors. Waiting areas are placed along the side windows on the left. The same outside perimeter has been replicated in the internal ambient with a 45° beveled corner as to create a public space facing and parallel to the windows and also a private portion reserved to the staff, accessible from both the back of the counter and the entrance area, so they can use it as a deposit for brochures and archive materials.
